"We come here often for lunch and both the quality of the food and the service have been consistently decent to good. The thousand year old egg pot is my favorite. Be sure to try it if you haven’t done so already."

"Food is ok. Just a reminder to you visitor make sure when you order you hotpot tell waiter that you want "beef". Because if you don't mention it they won't ask you what kind of meat you want to choose. I think they do it purposes... if you don't mention it. they just serve you "pork" for ever hotpot you ordered. After all you know cost for pork is way cheaper than beef in USA. I just decided to change 4 star to 1 star. YOU CANNOT EXPECT ALL CUSTOMERS TO READ YOUR TINY TEXT ON THE MENU (WHERE YOU SAID CAN SWITCH TO BEEF FOR EXTRA MONEY). IS RESTAURANT WAITERS JOB TO ASK CUSTOMER. DON'T WE PAY TIPS FOR YOU TO DO YOUR BASIC JOB?"

"The Hot pots and snacks here are really good. They use an online ordering system where you place your order on your phone even when dining in. This is nice as it let's you take your time when ordering and you can even add to your order even while eating. Ironically, the system does not accept payment so you still need to do that with the waitress."

"One of the best hot pot spot ever! We got the house special which comes a bit with everything and it was super delicious. Along with the fried calamari and takoyaki it was perfect! The downside is the waiting list since the place accommodates small but not too bad and is worth the wait."

"THIS PLACE IS RECOMMENDED. Tried out this place after a disappointing first time visit at the other near-by Hot Pot restaurant, hands down Pot On Fire is clearly a much better choice in the Chino Hills area. What make it stand out is the vast choices of soup base, the meat is lean, nicely trimmed, the portion is satisfying, unlike the other place I long for more even with another side order of meat. I ordered the Sukiyaki Pot, it was very tasty. The staffs were friendly, service was prompt and attentive, and the price is fair. I will be a return customer for sure."
