"Cashiers are friendly. I read good reviews about Hokkaido milk tea and Hokkaido green/ black tea (milkstache). I often have trouble making decision, so I asked the cashier for recommendation. He told me that the green tea is lighter, and I should go for the milk tea if I like something that is stronger. I took his recommendation and ordered a Hokkaido milk tea with grass jelly. I believed the proportion of the milk is more than the tea. It tasted more like milk than tea. However, it is not too bad overall. It would be better if the tea base is a bit stronger."

"Friendly staff and manager! They have a wide selection of drinks on the front and back of the menus they have at the counter. I ended up getting an iced coffee to save for the next morning. They got free WiFi, a lot of seating, and I found parking easily on a Sat evening."
