"First off, I have to say how embarrassed I am for this dealership. Our sales guy, Alex, was great. But that's where it ends. The first person that approached my husband and I completely ignored my presence, didn't even acknowledge me, walked right past me and started talking to my husband. Red flag #1 for me! We had scheduled a time to test drive a vehicle days in advance, and when we showed up, the vehicle looked like a family had just stepped out of it, handed it in as a trade in and the dealer showed it to us. There was so much filth in the vehicle that my husband's clothing actually got dirty from the test drive. There was old spilled milk on the seats in the back, fries and filth under every seat. Every surface was covered in gunk! The head liner, the sun visors and mirrors, EVERYTHING! As a customer, that is so disrespectful. Knowing that we were coming to see the vehicle, this dealer was more than okay to show us their product in that shape, not making ANY attempts to clean the vehicle in the slightest before our prescheduled meeting. And not have any wiggle room in price, like AT ALL, made it easy to walk away. We found a handfull of issues with the car, but their sales manager stuck to his guns, insisting that it was the best price around. Well, he is wrong, and we've found what we were looking for elsewhere, at the price point we needed, and the vehicle is in way better condition! My advice, steer clear of this place. Based on all of the 1 star reviews of this dealer, we should have done the same!"

"A little further away from home but definitely worth it. Have had issues getting warranty work done on our new 23' Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit at Crown Dodge. Always excuses, parts, strike, etc., Went to Shaver, ordered parts, got a call when the parts arrived, scheduled, one day turn around, got a call that our vehicle was ready. Problem fixed, no fuss. How it should be! My service advisor kept me informed and up to date on my vehicle. Thank You Al and your team at Shaver."

"Dennis was a nightmare to deal with. Watched him interact with an elderly couple before me. Very condescending to them as they interacted. Ultimately turned them away with no resolution. My interaction with him was the same. Claimed Shaver wasn’t the manufacturer (which they aren’t) and was not responsible for the providing a rental car when he was saying my vehicle was going to take 2 days to repair the recalls on my truck. But they do represent and are a face for the brand. This dealership has the worst customer service of any dealership I’ve ever dealt with. Not a true representative of the Ram brand. He gave only excuses and offer no assistance other than to get a rental car on my own with no guarantee or pathway to get reimbursed. I don’t know a lot of people that have the kind of time to deal with these curveballs for warranty work. Especially when you spend 80k on a truck today."

"I've had good experiences at Shaver Chrysler Jeep Ram since buying my 2013 Grand Cherokee there. I took my Jeep in for an oil change and tire rotation, and the total cost was $0.00. That was because they offered me a package of 2 oil changes and tire rotations for $39.95 during my last visit. I've had a couple of recalls on my Jeep, but they're painless to schedule and take care of. Shaver also has an Express Lane available for small jobs, like oil changes, tire rotations or tire inflation (with nitrogen gas), where no appointment is necessary. In 6 years of my Jeep's ownership, I've thankfully had no repairs outside of recalls and maintenance. I bought an 8-year Logix repair warranty when I purchased my Jeep, but I've not had to use it. The sales process at the time was low pressure and comfortable. I recommend you consider Shaver for your next car-buying or service needs."

"I took my car in because I needed to put in 4 screws in to fasten the splash sheild and replace coolant. They didn't put in the screws, resulting the splash sheild falling off and peices of it causing more damage. To the splashguard above my wheel. I spoke to the service department and they did whatever they could to not take responsibility for their negligence. Do not trust them at all. Dont go to this place. funny thing is I personally ordered the screws in parts department and it is listed in their work order that I payed for the screws, but leaves it at that."
