"The store has really gone down hill. I am so disappointed and dissatisfied with the way the store is managed. It has bad customer service and the staff should be retrained and the manager reprimanded Today I saw a cashier humiliate an elderly woman for asking to use the restroom. she refused and the elderly lady explained it was andemergency and she said no it's locked. The lady had an accident and the security said that helping her is not her job isn't customer service your job? The Managers said what do you want me do it happened look so sorry okay. The customers in line had to watch an old lady cry how distasteful is that? The daughter of the old lady later came in and demanded an apology from the cashier and the manager refused. He said that helping her wasn't her job so why should she apologize that he understands that it was stressful but she wasn't in the wrong. I later found out through the daughter's loud talking That the old lady was so embarrassed about the situation that she refused to get in the car and walk back home in the sun because she didn't want to soil the vehicle. I used to walk with my grandma to the store and she's older now so she barely leaves the house but I don't think this is a place I would want her to be at anymore if she wants to go to the store I'll take or somewhere else I don't want this to happen to my grandma. You know what I've actually regret buying balloons today. I don't know who the owner is but I'm sorry you hired the wrong people for the job."
"I love this store. I’ve been shopping here for years, and they never let me down. They have it all and for a great price. They are not a huge chain like Dollar Tree, so one should not expect everything dirt cheap. They are fair in their pricing, the employees are kind and the taller security guard is awesome."
