"I went in today to get the old school low top lace ups and i was so excited because i had been wanting them for some time now and one of the people in the store told me they would hold them for me up front and it didnt occur to them to check they were the right ones and im very upset because like i said i had been wanting them and i dont live near the vans store so its not like i can just go back any time soon to exchange them.. very low attention to the customers service."
