"I bought a grey sectional for about $1,400. I had a terrible experience with this store. When I first went in to buy it they were very nice and helpful, but when I went in with problems I had with delivery and couch which was also damaged they weren't so nice or helpful. They scheduled first delivery which they were late. Had to call to let them know couch was damaged and scheduled 2nd delivery which they never showed. Went to store to complain and all the credit they were willing to give me was a lousy $50 off. I missed a days work to wait for 2nd delivery which no show on their part. Finally on third time after actually really complaining I got my couch. They do have beautiful furniture but unfortunately HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Very disappointed. I will never shop there again and I'm telling all my friends my bad experience with this store. NEVER AGAIN!!!!"
