"Bad business ethics. I wanted a blazer but there was only one piece in my size and it was defective: Play around with the front buttons for long enough and they'll pop right off. Asked if they could give a discount. The manager says it's not a flea market and the best they can do is give 10% off but then there would be no returns or exchanges. I told him I can't accept the deal and that this is a bad customer experience (keep in mind this is after I just bought a pant and a vest for a total of almost $50). He just says okay. Doesn't seem to bother them that a long-time loyal customer had a bad experience. They just want to make a buck."
