"The service is great - if you can actually get an appointment. My experience once I’m in the door and getting treatment is 10/10. Otherwise, it has been months of my appointments getting canceled. When I go to reschedule, there’s no availability for months at any location. To make matters worse, I work full time and need to come in on Saturdays, which is a massive struggle as someone who does not have the privilege to come in on work days. It’s frustrating to pay for a service every month just to keep getting rescheduled. I wanted to finish one of my treatments before this summer, but that’s totally off the table. Not sure what to do at this point."

"If I had left a review within my first 6 months, I would've given 5 stars. At that time, it was very easy with excellent service. However, now I'm over a year in still with a ton of hair growth and the level of service has changed. They canceled sessions on me twice recently, and then there's no availability to reschedule for months on end. Even the other locations nearby were also booked up for the same amount of time. The lifetime guarantee sounds great, but good luck getting someone to actually see you on schedule. They definitely prioritize new customers. Oh and God forbid you ever need to change your appointment for any reason...I had hoped that by now I'd only need once or twice a year touchups, but that has not happened. It's hard to see how I'll reach that point when my appointments keep getting pushed back. Management needs to hire more staff so that there is always someone else to take over if the original provider gets sick. It is not acceptable to cancel at the drop of a hat and then tell the customer they have to wait 2 more months to be seen."
