"Ppl need their medicine. Y'all continue to text my phone about a refill but never send a text saying y'all store hours. We CLOSED ON SUNDAY. DR SEND PRESCRIPTIONS TO BE FILL ON 27th & I know y'all seen yesterday the prescriptions was to be fill on 27th. They have old out dated candy in the store. Peanut Custer's $3.99+taxes for small bag. I called about it they want to be smart not bring item back. All Walgreens stores employee are so RUDE & Disrespectful to customers& no need to ask for Supervisors cause they looking@ YOU like THEY DONT CARE.THEY Dont Get in No Hurry they ask are you waiting and you say yes they say o it's going be 30minutes no more like one hour or longer smh. I've done business with all the Jackson stores now try Humboldt it's very sad that Walgreens allow this to go on. Pharmacist supposed to explained your medicine to you I don't care if you have had medicine before. NO PHAMACIST HAVE EVER EXPLAINED ANY MEDICINE TO ME AND IVE TIRED ALL WALGREENS SINCE 2017. THE WORST WALGREENS IN JACKSON THE ONE ON HIGHLAND FIRST GETTING INTO JACKSON. THE WAY THEY TALK TO YOU BABY YOU WILL GO TO JAIL.I WILL NOT BE DOING NO MORE BUSINESS HERE. THANKS SORRY WALGREENS IN GIBSON & MADISON COUNTY."

"We went to fill a prescription for our daughter and found out her meds weren't covered by insurance and would cost $1600 for a months supply. Charity got on the phone right away and got with the Dr. to get a Prior Authorization in and get the meds covered. She gave us a huge relief!"
