"Updated post. Unfortunately had to go back for my dad. Rx was not ready, of course, and tired of them still using short staffed when there are 4 of them behind counter. They were rude to a poor older lady and told her "it's not going to happen before we close at 6" Pharmacy needs some help. Always have to wait a long time and they dont acknowledgeor say we will be right with you. The directions don't match what doctor days. Pharmacist always has to counsel on refills. Alteady called doc to send Rx to Kroger from now on. I have always loved and used Walgreens Walgreens but since there's not another location in White House I'm gonna have to go somewhere else now"
"I went to Walgreens to get some prescriptions transferred from CVS. The drive thru line was backed up all the way around the parking lot, so I went in. I waited in line for 30 minutes. When it was my turn, I handed the man at the counter my empty bottles. He told me they would not fill them because CVS does not answer the phone when they call them. He refused to fill my prescriptions or even try to get them transferred. He was very rude. I told him it was an emergency situation. He told me to come back tomorrow. I drove down the road to The Prescription Shoppe. They were more than happy to call CVS to have my scripts transferred. They had no problem with CVS answering the call and faxing my information. I was in and out in less time than I spent in line at Walgreens."
"This Walgreens was just a slice of Heaven! I am recovering from an accident that has left me with a broken foot so I have to get around on crutches and I hobbled my way into this Walgreens to ask to use their restroom. The beautiful angels working there insisted on helping me and got me a wheelchair, had me leave my crutches in the front and actually wheeled me to and from the bathroom right to my vehicle! I've never felt this much kindness from a stranger since my accident and am so thankful to have encountered them!"
