"I took my car here for new brakes. They changed by breaks and put new rotors on the front of the vehicle. Days later, I noticed my breaks squeeking still. I called to make an appointment for wednesday, Feb 21st. When i showed up to my appt, the front desk told me i had no appointment and I must have called the wrong location. I explained to him that I spoke with someone over the phone and booked for 10am. He made sure to make me feel incorrect. He then told me it would take hours because I had no appointment. I leave my car here and they call me hours later to tell me there was a manufacture defect on the breaks and that it would have to be done another day. I then picked up my car and scheduled for Saturday at 2pm. When I dropped my car off on Saturday , the store manager was now at the front desk and he assured me that it was a manufacture defect and it would be resolved.. He was very nice and helpful unlike the store associate. They called me a few hours later and notified me that the car was ready. When I got up to the front desk, the associated told me "Can you go check the milage because we forgot to do it" with an unkind attitude. I did it even though i felt it was inappropriate for him to ask a customer to do this. After leaving with my car, 15 minutes later the car was squeeking worse than ever before. I did not feel safe driving it. The following day, sunday, I called and let the associate know. He then explained that their technician was new and must have "bent a piece". This was the second time they released my car to me without checking if it was properly fixed. They only cared about rushing me out of their business and did not care about the quality of their work.I payed good money to resolve the issue here and the service was absolutely dreadful. I have never had this happen to me before. I felt so disappoined in the service I was given. I still feel emotionally spent after dealing with the multiple errors that occured here. I would not trust them again even though the store manager was so kind."

"Ivan and his crew did a good job aligning the tires on my vehicle. He explained other things that need to be done, and the timeline I should follow. I’ve been a customer for over 35 years and will keep coming back because of the good service."

"Service was acceptable. Nothing above & beyond like you used to. Prices have gone way up. I used to pay close $400 less. Tire quality is great. The office team should smile more & offer choices like they used since there’s been a change in personnel at this location… overall ok experience…just paid more than before …"

"Great team working here, they've been helping me with tires and alignment for my vehicles for the last 5 or so years, always competitively priced, and always go above and beyond to take care of the customer. Today's visit really solidified why I keep coming back, having picked up 2 nails and a (not so slow) leak. Problem was solved quickly, efficiently, and with a high level of quality and professionalism. Thanks again, will obviously be back with my next tire need."
