"Two of the employees said they would honor a coupon, but when I got to the counter, I was told it would not be honored. Then the person ringing me up showed me things that could possibly need fixing and when I said I wasn't interested, he made a statement assuming that I couldn't afford to fix them. I can 100% afford to fix whatever I want to fix. The way he spoke to another customer was very kind and friendly and upbeat versus the way he spoke to me. I feel this is because I was dress down since I just got off of work, and the other lady was dressed nicely. Whatever the case may be, you should treat everyone equally, and never assume someone's finances."

"My experience at Jiffy Lube was not good. I had a coupon for $54.99, but it was my first time there, and the process took over an hour and a half– an excruciating wait. To make matters worse, when it was finally done, I had to pay an extra $11.42 on top of my voucher then they changed the break fluid for 140 $ and they like to charge me for the air filter 69 $ they exaggerated for the prices, and they don’t respect my English they don’t have any patience with me he ask my wife to explain to me instead I don’t take it personal but it’s disrespectful"

"David greeted me in the driveway with a smile & pleasant attitude. Once inside he explained the oil change process & even told me about their waiting room amenities; restroom, coffee, free Wi-Fi. That was something that no other mechanic & Jiffy Lube has ever done. David kept me up to date with my oil change process as there was a slight issue with my vehicles "cap". My visit rook longer than expected but his updates definitely made this a pleasant experience. He's a great "Ambassador of First Impressions", "Mechanic" & "Host"."

"Upsell upsell upsell. Second time sold synthetic blend when I asked for synthetic. Gets you back in sooner for more upsell. Was told on last vehicle that I should bleed my brake line but did it on the previous service. Was recommended to change new wipers and an air filter that was recently changed. Brought vehicles there for years. Done. No more. There is the right thing, there is the wrong thing, there is knowing the difference between the two... and then there is doing the right thing! Epic fail on integrity. All at the expense of future business. Good Luck! You're gonna need it if this is how the business practice has evolved."

"I went in for an oil change. I normally don't go to this location but I was in the area. Lately my car has been having trouble starting and I haven't been able to get a proper diagnosis, but I had the starter/alternator/battery checked at a different location and they said those were fine. Anyways, one of the mechanics saw my car was having that issue and he said they'd double check. Later he said the person who is able to check the stater/alternator/battery wasn't in and I could come another day and I said ok. A couple minutes later he comes back and says my starter is the issue (doesn't show me any test results, just says that's the problem) and gave me an estimate of $800 to fix. I declined and only got the oil change. I later went to an AutoZone to again check if it's my starter/alternator/battery and they said all of them are running fine (and showed me on their computer). I don't appreciate anyone trying to scam me out of $800!!! I'm never returning to this location again."
