"This time an hour ago me and my boss from work went to buy coffee but my boss asked for change the coffee because smells to old and over burning. The cashier didn't make it she refused to do it. My boss told her I am on my rights to ask for new coffee like a customer also I can pay that. Anyways I told her we don't need anything else thanks"

"I have been coming to this donut shop for a long time and never had an issue. William the recent owner always made you feel welcomed. Recently there has been new owners and let me tell you these people don’t care about their paying customers. I am do disappointed and dissatisfied with the service. Their is a middle aged Asian lady who always is arguing with customers. It’s sad to see that the owners allow this kind of behavior. This lady is honestly in the wrong business she has no customer service she will argue with you and will go on and on . I will no longer go there the food is great but the customer service is horrible they should treat customers with respect…"
