"Did not get our food right, went thru drive thru. Stopped to use the restroom and it was disgustingly dirty. If they do not maintain cleanliness in their restroom, I wonder how clean their cooking area is?!?"

"They kind of messed up on a few items in our order. But overall it was nice and clean. The kids love the fact they had the paper crowns stacked up all over the restaurant. Unfortunately the bathrooms were not open the day we went so I have no idea what shape the bathrooms are in."

"Whoever is running this store seems kind of cheap. The soda machine in the dining area is "out of service" so you have to get the drink from the cashier. I didn't eat in so I don't know if you can get refills, but having to ask is certainly going to cut down on requests. Otherwise, very nice and good food and service."

"I do love the taste of their burgers but the restaurant on Davis street in San Leandro definitely needs to put their employees through some retraining. Twice in a row I’ve ordered their cheesy tater tots and twice received chicken nuggets instead."
