"This place had gone downhill! It use to be great when it first opened. It was dirty, food wasn’t fresh and service wasn’t great. For $20 a salad it should be much better! I won’t be going here anymore. Mendocino Farms and The Stand have much fresher, tastier salads for less money."

"Ordered Hot Honey Chicken Plate with 2 extra sauces. They delivered no sauce. Their 'guest experience' service is that they won't answer their phones, will 'offer you the opportunity' to text with someone, except the texts are text bots and no one ever responds to them. Couldn't really BE worse 'guest experience'."

"Found a bug that was beyond vile in the salad. I really used to like this place maybe that’s par for the course with fresh salads. But I think that’s more of an employee issue not cleaning salad. Seems we aren’t the only ones getting bugs in the food. Do better"

"Consistency issues. The food is always good, but I frequently have issues with online order accuracy. Tonight, I got a harvest bowl which I requested to be tossed and have dressing. However, it was neither. I looked at the receipt, and they had just missread it. I can understand forgetting to toss it, but I feel like remembering to add dressing is kind of key for salads. ☹️"
