"Great drinks, cider, and decent selection of tequila! Hearty fried chips will stand up to their very fresh guacamole and spicy salsa. Our pork taco was cute on its on wooden serving board, the salad with chicken is always generous, but on our most recent visit, the meats were dry and bland. Better next time, I'm sure. Service is friendly and easy going, atmosphere is super casual. Good spot for a quick bite or time out with friends and family."

"Went here for the first time on Monday for date night with my wife. I called in early to reserve a table for outside since we had our dog with us. When we got there, it was pretty quiet so there was no wait (also probably because it was pretty cold that night). The heaters were on, and that was a plus! We chips and salsa, the 5 tacos for the table to share, an item off the Meatless Monday menu, then finished with the churros and ice cream for dessert. All the while, I got a beer and my wife got sangria. The food was AWESOME. The tacos were tasty and different, and the salsa and chips were fresh. Out of the 5 tacos, the only one we agreed we didn't like was the fish taco - it was a bit on the saltier side. Overall, we had a great experience. We are planning to come back very soon with some friends. I guess they also have a rewards program, but not everybody knows that. It would be worth asking if you are thinking about being a regular patron! The only negative was that we had ordered hot chocolates with dessert, but they never came, so we got them taken off the order before paying. Also, it was pretty cold out so if you were not sitting directly next to a heater, your back will chill very quickly."

"I had lunch here and I ordered shrimp Ceviche. I have had Ceviche more times than I can count, but not from Taco and Beer. The shrimp was slimy with a gray color to them. I mentioned to the waitress and told her I couldn’t eat it. She refused to take it back and would not take it off my bill. Her response was “the manager is not here so I can’t take this off the bill”. She did not offer to rectify the issue. I asked for more limes so I could try to marinate the shrimp and complete the curing process at home. She brought me extra limes in a paper bag, which of course leaked out. This was a horrible experience and I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone. My coworker took me for lunch and I felt terrible that he had to pay for this meal. Beautiful plating though."

"Had the chicken quesabirrira and chicken taco. The dipping sauce that came with was legit...flavorful and not too salty. Also had some vegan options at our table. Everything was really good and flavorful. I felt that the rice and beans side orders were too small for our table to share. They are more for like 2 or 3 people. Otherwise everything was good and a good selection of beer and cider as well. The chips, salsa and guacamole were excellent. They've done a good job with plating, branding and seating as well. Could use some different lighting for nighttime and some music. The outdoor seating area seemed legit and cozy with heaters."
