"I went there with a couple of friends for breakfast/brunch. Not only was the food FREEZING when it got to us, it took them 45 minutes to actually prepare the food and serve it to us. Also, we found the staff to be grumpy, as well. Would not recommend. There are much better food places around this location with excellent customer service, contrasting from this one…"
"I used to go here on lunch breaks when I went to Pepperdine several years ago and I can report it’s still just as good. I’ve only ever gotten their sandwiches but that’s fine because every one I’ve ever tried is great. The staff are friendly and you can typically count on getting your food fast which is great considering you’re in Malibu with a bunch of tourists"
"This is a solid summer spot for food and snacks. Their in house made chicken salad bowl is probably my favorite snack their and this cookie was phenomenal. Coconut, macadamia & chocolate chip cookie! Soft, gewy and delicious! I’d definitely get more items in the future as the summer settles in."
"Great healthy/easy option when you’re on the go! My fiancé and I were in the nearby area looking for something vegetarian friendly, and came across John’s Garden. We got the Berry Smoothie, a press sandwich, and the Mediterranean. Better than what we had expected! Looking for healthy options that are not your standard chain restaurant is tough, and this was one of the Greats for sure!"
