"This Ross has extremely poor customer service on top of a disappointing inventory! They were rude when I made a purchase for over $500 and then rude when I returned to have the alarm taken off a pair of pajamas that THEY LEFT ON!!! The girl wouldn’t take it off when I returned the following day because I didn’t have my receipt. Do your job in the first place and I wouldn’t have had to waste my time AGAIN! Totally unacceptable! I’ll be making a complaint to corporate and share my experience with everyone I know! Not to mention I’ll not be giving them my business EVER AGAIN!"
"Unbelievable behavior from the workers here! I shop a lot at Ross, in my life I have never experienced such a rude behavior, they lied to my face and did not want to make me a price for an ugg vest which did not have a tag. Politely asked to make me a price for a ugg vest which I found at another ross for 24.99, I might add this vest originally was at ross 49.99, this lady told me was 100..lol and did not want to make me a tag for it, this was a great store"

"TAKE YOUR MONEY TO A BETTER ROSS! Workers that work at this Ross are very rude and immature.If you are paid to meet a certain standard at work and still act unprofessional you should be FIRED OR SENT HOME FOR THE DAY! If you don’t like your job then simply QUIT. The supervisor has zero control over her staff! FIND A BETTER STAFF ROSS MANAGEMENT! UNPROFESSIONAL!"
