"Got to the store at 9:41 security was blocking the door. They close at 10:00 not 11:00 and “you need to be inside the store more than 20 minutes before closing so that you are out by 10:00” is what we were told. Informed security we would be quick and were told no. That was the explanation and the door was pulled closed. Unprofessional and false information posted on their doors. Online hours are completely wrong. Will not return."
