"Decided to check out this place on a trip to SMG next door. I am so glad that I did. Firstly, I have never seen a cleaner restaurant which is a big plus. Coming from a food service background I understand the importance of keeping everything clean and safe. The staff was very friendly and welcoming of me despite not being the 'lean' type myself. They were very patient in explaining how the store worked and the choices that I could make. Everything was extremely fresh. The veggies were crisp and looked great. I went with 2 different styles of tri-tip including the Asian sweet and hot variety, red bell peppers, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, Asparagus. All of it was delicious. You just vent the trays and pop the trays in the microwave. It steams the veggies and warms up the meat. It really is convenient to have healthy food pre-prepped and at a decent price. Fast food is around the same price and is just gross and so bad for the body. At least this place has 'real' food. There are discounts for when you buy meals in bulk. The more you buy the less each tray costs. They also sell healthy supplements. There is plenty of parking so getting in and out is a breeze. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. I will definitely come back myself."

"I have been on the market for a meal prep service, and decided to give this company a try as I like to support local. However, the food is extremely bland/dry and the customer service is non existent. They are also more expensive than the other companies that I have tried. I will be going back to using Food for Fitness in Carmichael. Don’t waste your time and money with Lean Feast."

"We have been buying meals here for 2 months now and have been very satisfied. They have a very wide variety of meat/seasoning. We have tried all the options are have no complaints. We did Whole30 while eating LeanFeast. Would recommend to anyone looking for HEALTHY and fast meal options."

"Walked in for the first time today, new year new me kinda deal. Girl at the counter went above and beyond!!! She walked me thru the ordering process, warmed up Our meals and was so incredibly knowledgeable and kind. Will definitely be stopping by more often, Taste if meal were incredible! "Don’t waste your money. This food is garbage. Go to to Safeway and spend 3 dollars and make your own food. No taste and not cooked well at all! 12/19/21 … So I gave it another shot on 12/23/21 and this is what I got. Even more disappointed this time than last. Never again. Avoid this $$$$ hole at all cost. If I could give lower stars I would."
