"Long story short some employee hopped on the intercom when there was some confusion about what their menu board said and she maid some very rude comments to me for NO REASON. I canceled my order immediately and pulled up to the window and asked to speak to a manager to which i was told there wasnt a manager on duty. The girl at the window was very polite and apologized for the actions of her coworker, so it wasn't everyone but then i proceeded to call the resturant to ask for a manager and that's when it got worse. Not only did nobody answer the first few times but when someone did they were just as rude to me. Said they were the manager but refused to tell me her first name so i had a reference as to who i spoke with and she hung up on me. I called back again a bit later and was hung up on again. End of the day i called corporate and filed a complaint since i could not find an adult in the room to deal with the situation in a professional manner. I've never been treated with such disrespect at a resturant before, especially when i had not said or done anything rude or wrong to deserve it. I will Def not be returning to this location again."

"You know how good this Arby's on this location. It is Awesome!!!! Everytime I come here the employees greet you, always smiling and having a good time. The atmosphere is also clean. Who ever owner's that owns this location. Makes sure the employees are awesome."
