"If I could rate this 0 stars I would. Had to get a refund and the lady didn't even know/ want to print out our receipt . But than somehow "figured out how to do so" all 4 bean burritos sucked. Had barley any fillings and no sauce . If I wanted to eat tortilla only I would go to the store to buy a package of tortilla. It was dry and nasty and cold . Definitely don't recommend this location. The location off foothills is way better. Do better Taco Bell or hire new people"

"It was slow and still the service was horrible. The food was taco bell and it tasted like taco bell so no complaints there. My food came out and the employee just called my name, tossed the tray down and left to the back, missed my drink, utensils , and hot sauce. The front was completely empty so I couldn't grab those things myself. Extremely poor customer service."

"The in-store customer service at this place really needs work, or training. I've been ignored on almost every visit. Most the time I receive no forks/condiments for items that should come with them. I frequent here because of the convenience I'm literally 3 minutes down the road. I wrote this exact same review a few weeks ago but deleted it because I felt bad. Food is decent most the time but can be skimpy on occasion. UPDATE: dropping from 2 to 1-star. This has happened again 3 time since first review. No fork for my potatos, no napkins, no sauce packets, and super skimpy. My $6.00 Cheesy Gordita Crunch looked like a dollar menu taco."

"Ordered Mexican pizza and 2 tacos all were delivered room or cool temperature. Told counter person who gave me another taco which was also cold. Ended up throwing my whole order in the trash as did my companion who was not satisfied w/her order. Next time I want Mexican food, I will go to a Mexican restaurant that serves good hot food."

"Upon pulling up to the speaker the worker said it would be around 10-15 min wait and asked if that was okay. Not sure what he expected me to do with cars in front and behind me. The three cars ahead of me took over 20 minutes. If they are going to be this slow there should be an expected wait time sign. My order was 1 Crunchwrap supreme, 3 Soft Taco supreme, 1 large soda. The crunch wrap was thin and pitiful with barely anything inside. The 3 soft taco supreme were where it becomes a huge issue for me. They were hard tacos that only contained cheese and lettuce. Nothing else. No sour cream. No meat. Attached to the review are pictures of receipt and tacos received."
