"This location used to be great. I feel like it’s gone downhill over the last couple years. Food is sometimes fine. Other times not so great. Missing items seem to be a common thing. Service isn’t very friendly anymore. The outside order screen has been broken for about a year. Nobody really seems to care at this location. I go to the Foothills Blvd or Sunset Blvd locations if I can help it."
"Those tortillas are gross my man. Old nasty leathery tortillas. Cant even bite it. Mexican restaurants are supposed to make fresh tortillas every day. Come on now. That was more than 4 bucks. And not even fresh. What’s the premium price for? Managers new Porsche ig."
"First round was drive through. Got home with a very dry crunch wrap. No sauce. Tried to call, phone number doesn’t work. Drove back and was not greeted very well. No apology. Made a new one for me. Perfect this time. Customer service definitely needs some work. I get the same thing about once a month on Saturday. I’ve never had this type of service. I’ll try one more time and if not better they’ve lost a customer, which I don’t think that they care."
