"Terrible customer service. They barely speak to you when you come in, whether it be in store or through the drive-thru. They literally could care less about you as a consumer. The food is sub par. The last time we went, we ordered a few taco supremes, an empanada and a mexican pizza. The tacos were barely filled (less than half of what you get at the West Sacramento location). There was literally 6 strings of cheese on one of my tacos. The empanada was so old or over cooked, I couldn't eat the outter crust of it. The only thing that was decent was the mexican pizza. So disheartening, when we are paying a fortune for fast food."
"Why can't they make the orders like they r supposed to? I mean where is the cheese on these 2 Gordida Crunches & this happens all the time at this location. Just plain old sad. Whatever happened to pride in ones work. Service is normally decent."
"If I could give zero stars I would. Took over 30 minutes to get food we ordered for pickup. One employee named Anderson literally flipped us off. Very professional. After waiting that whole time they told us they were out of chicken for our food. The only redeeming thing about this place is Cherish who was helpful and sweet."
"This is supposed to be the new $5 dipping taco. I've had these before, and usually they're cooked. We have a taco bell within walking distance and stopped going there because they stopped cooking their food too. Is this becoming a thing at all taco bells? Finish cooking the food, it's already annoying that the taco is $5, now I have to cook it myself too?"
