"I have ordered several times from this location. Both pickup and delivery. EVERY TIME the order has been wrong. Small things from not paying attention to the Extras to leaving out entees. Mr. Manager....slow your people down and make them pay attention and do their job right, instead of racing through orders. I am done with this location."
"I ordered the teriyaki chicken, they gave me chicken but no teriyaki..... i live 15 min. Away so unfortunately im going to have to eat it the way it is... very disapointing though as i was craving chicken teriyaki and all i got was chicken!"
"They were out of sweet-and-sour sauce didn’t tell me who I go receive my food. Then refused to give me my money back. Service and broccoli stems with some of the food and didn’t look like it was very good."
"Yummy good! This Panda gives big portions and customer service is wonderful! I come here 2 times a week when I feel like craving Chinese food! Ordered their teriyaki chicken and steak, even through is extra, but it is totally worth a try! Also this is the location with best customer service in Sacramento I think! Will definitely come back again and highly recommended this Panda Express location!"
