"Don't order online for pickup. I've worked in the area for 4 years. Every time I order online and go in for pickup it takes 5-10 minutes for someone to even acknowledge that I'm standing at the counter. No one staffs the front counter and no one in the back ever even bothers to look. I've had to shout into the back area to get someone to give me my online order. It's like that every single time over the course of 4 years, so it's not just a temporary problem they're having. If you're going through the drive thru, you'll probably be fine, but I'm not about to sit in a drive thru line to get my already made online order. Today was my last straw. Not going back."
"Amazing great food and ingredients. I've been to a few nasty Taco Bells. Haven't tried this one. They cooked food well. Correct items and ease as I used the app. Staff were friendly. Keep it up. Thank you. I'll be back."
"I haven’t been to Taco Bell in forever but was craving some nachos. I ordered the Nachos BellGrande with no beans. For $8.18, I am very disappointed. There was hardly any cheese or “meat” on my nachos. Most of it was just chips. For the price, I expected better. I should have just gotten nachos from California Burrito from across the street instead."

"Car broke down next door so I figured I would grab some food and drink prior to closing. Nope walked in and only 1 guy working drive thru and 1 dude cooking. No one manning the lobby. I honestly couldn't tell if they were just ignoring me from rudeness or trying to ignore the homeless guy trying to see if they had found his lost phone in the lost and found. Either way after 5 minutes of watching the drive thru get cleared and still no attention I left. Looks like most reviews seem to point out the same lack of courtesy."
