Taco Bell

"According to our receipt, our drive through persons name is Michelle. She had a very very nasty tone the entire time since the second we pulled up to the drive through. when we came up to the window she had a nasty attitude about us using part cash and part card. (Apple pay). When we told her that we had x amount in cash and the rest would be on card she replied, “well can I have the card?” And closed the window. She took a moment to come back to charge us the rest and then handed us our drink. Afterwards she handed us our food and said nothing else. Very rude. We usually go to that Taco Bell and we were nothing but kind to her. As I work in retail/customer service this was VERY unprofessional and unnecessary behavior for someone. I can understand if we were being rude for her to have a different tone but nothing we did was rude or uncalled for, so from a customer perspective our trip was very unpleasant."

"Girl at windows was completely RUDE to me. She seemed prejudiced. Because I’m white. No thank you, no have a nice day, nothing. So rude to me in front of my 8 year old granddaughter. SMH"

"Okay, this is the best Taco Bell that I've been to in this area. I used to think it was a different one but this one has surpassed that by a million. The servings are what you would expect from Taco Bell but you actually get what you'd expect, the tacos and burritos are well incorporated so you aren't getting the first half of the burrito beans and the second half cheese and rice without beans. The staff is super nice and very fast because the line can get long. This is my new go to Taco Bell."

"Went on 10/6/23 evening. We had ordered on mobile app 15mins prior to arriving. Got there had 3 cars in drive-thru ahead of us. Somehow it took almost 20 min still. At the screen spoke with a lady and told her it's a mobile order and provided her name. Immediately with a attitude the lady goes we don't have the order and we came to wrong store. We told her the address on mobile app order history. She said that's the store but can't do anything because there is no order. Her tone was so nasty. After every time we say we have on phone order is correct place she goes yeah no, cant help. Didn't provide any suggestions just said can't help. So I pulled up to the window. At the window they said no order so we showed the order on the phone. Then the rude lady says" that ain't my problem" At the same time someone finds our order already made and sitting there. Then they hand us the bag. I asked 5 times for the lady name they finally told me it's Dericka. They made our order when we ordered on app not when we got there. Didn't even apologize or anything. I heard her say" I gotta get out of here". We went home to find the tacos were all soggy and cold. Just falls apart, it was gross to eat so we ended up going to McDonalds. I'm glad I recorded it on my phone. Will be uploading on YouTube. We did report to corporate also. What they did is started to make your order before you get there. Which is bad idea because food will get cold and soggy. Honestly, I rather go to Del Taco next time I need fast food and craving tacos late."
