"I placed an order For some takeout for myself while I was at the office. They would not even give me soy sauce except for one small packet. I went back and asked the female working the take out area if she could use the bottle of soy sauce and put it on the food. One small pocket is not enough for all the food. There was a bottle on the table next to the employee. She just said we don’t have any soy sauce and walked away. Very rude. I’ve been a loyal customer to Hong Kong house for the last 4 years. They’ve always been rude and the service marginal when they brought food to the table at all. They generally call out to you and you go up and get your food. Food is ok…about 7/10. But the service is a solid 1/10. Avoid this place if you care about customer service."

I have never had such lovely noodles anywhere else. And the spicy garlic eggplant, with pork? I have never had anything close to as perfect and delicious as this meal anywhere else. If my fiancée didn't live in town, I would come to Sacramento just to eat this meal a couple of times a year. If you ever open a Hong Kong House Atlanta, I'll be a regular in a heartbeat!!"
