"I hate being asked to use a computer to place my order. I want to order from a human. I noticed that the tacos are really skimpy on fillings. You should ensure that each item has a fair and reasonable amount of fillings!"
"I'm deaf and dumb and work at DoorDash. I came to pick up the delivery on 12.09 at 9:30 p.m. after driving the place where I need to place an order for drive through. I was the only client at that time. Your cashier started showing on the earphone and showing that I need to go back to the counter where I need to say the order to the microphone. Are you kidding me? It's a mockery!"
"I ordered the Burrito Supreme and the Taco Supreme meal with no onions on it. Instead I got the Burrito Supreme with Heavy Onions which I am very allergic to. So now I have to go to The ER excellent folks. Learn how to follow directions next time people and not argue with a customer that has allergies to food."
"They closed the drive thru at 11:55PM . While customers were still in line. Lights are always off every time I come here to make it looked closed . Cashier did apologize but said the shift manager said they have to close. Horrible customer service by management. I Wonder how many sales you guys lose letting them do this on night shift ."
"Worst one ever… bad customer service went there to order food for my kids specifically told them no cheese my daughter is allergic to cheese and got cheese on her tacos … ordered mango freeze got Baja blast instead … asked for my burritos grilled got them not grilled cheese quesadilla barely has cheese my kid is eating basically a grilled tortilla my chalupa is harder than a rock can’t even take a bite… they are suppose to make new chalupa shells every 15 mins yet this one seem to be just sitting there getting hard for like a few hours…. Called the restaurant to talk to the manager… she was no help bad customer service won’t be coming back here ever Again considering the fact I come here at least 3 times a week for the last 15 years ."
