"Honestly I’m amazed this Taco Bell is still open after Hollywood video closed … YES that’s how long ago this place should have closed up shop maybe the new one at Delta Shore will finally put the nail in the coffin because that one is WAY better already just go there it’s like a 10 min drive from Mack rd. Because if you go to the Mack Rd Taco Bell you are going to have a problem guaranteed Every single time I go I have a problem…. With my order being incorrect/missing something… with the employees… with the ridiculous “policies” they have … and if you find something wrong or missing better bring your receipt because they will ask. They treat everybody like a fraudster or a thief and the employees are real ignant about it … get over yourself Taco Bell no one is trying to steal your fake beef tacos"

"I rarely rate anyone but this one definitely ticked me off, had a horrible experience for those who are planning on ordering or dining here might want to think twice, my order was missing a few items, meals were prepared poorly and when I mean poorly everything was sloppy, chalupa supreme without sour cream inside it instead it was literally spread across the outside of the chalupa, one looked like it was dropped on the ground and had a piece of lent stuck to it, seriously man! I am really flabbergasted...."

"Spent 45 dollars and got trash. My food was a mess. Didn't know how to eat it because there was sour cream all over the chalupas to top it off one of the chalupa had a piece of fur on it like it was dropped on the ground, was missing one hard taco, and the soft tacos had no meat in it, the nacho bell grande chips tasted like it was there from two days ago. Everything was thrown in the trash. My husband and I are very disappointed and surely won't be going back to this taco bell nor will we recommend anyone to go to this location on mack rd in Sacramento. It was the most horrible horrible experience especially on a super rainy night and time was 10:30pm even though the restaurant was just 5 mins from home we did not want to go back to have them remake our food because we did not want the same people making our food and being a waste for the second time. I have shared some photos of the food I bought from the Taco Bell on Mack Rd in Sacramento CA."

"Drive thru late at night. Bad. Employees want to go home. Guy is mopping. Had to wait for my food. The $5 box over with. Everything cold. They substituted cinnamon dessert for nachos, really. Not again for a long time. I word rather eat my tongue raw."

"They did an excellent job taking the order for 7 tacobell boxes and getting the orders right. The one problem they always have is that the drinks don't taste like their suppose to. Always watered down and no flavor."
