Dry customer service. They count the sauce packets AND their prices are like 25% higher than non-franchise owned Taco Bells. Save your money and go elsewhere."

"They will rush you through the drive through when ordering. They will keep asking is there anything else like 6 times and won’t let you get the complete the order lol this Taco Bell is a joke their floors are nasty and the employees are smart mouthed when people are trying to spend money! Worst Taco Bell experience ever and I’ve been going to TB 30+ years. DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION!! P.S. Their manager likes to chime in too with a smart mouth too so beware especially on the Google comments but I’ve already screenshot the comments so Corporate can see them!"

"The worse taco bell ever.we live down the street and every single time it's awful! I will never go back ever! Crunch wrap has nothing in it at all! Just sour cream and lettuce! The bell grande nachos were stale and the quesidilla had no cheese! Tried to call when I got home and saw my order and no phone number! What kind of establishment doesn't have a phone number?! This is not the first time this has happened. Do not go to this taco bell! I would like a manager to reach out to me and refund me my 35$ I spent in tortilla and sour cream. Edit: I did drive back to the location and the manager was very kind and remade my order. He was unable to refund the order he said. The food was better the second time. I still won't be going back but was happy he remade it and was kind."

"I have visited this location at different days and times of day, with entirely different crews working each time. Every order I've placed has had major issues ranging from significant delays, to poorly made food, to multiple items missing from the order. I could go on. The consistent nature of these problems across seemingly every shift can only be explained by incredibly poor management. This theory is backed by the tone deaf protests on this Google page about "labor shortages," as well as the general lack of direction or, you know, *management* of the employees who are clearly doing their best. This review is not a condemnation of Taco Bell's food, but it is a condemnation of this store. I've returned to this store multiple times in the hope that it was a one time problem, and that it wouldn't always be that bad. It was not a one time problem, and it has always been that bad. Do yourself a favor and find another location, or try out one of the many taquerias or taco trucks in the area. They will have much better service and it might even be cheaper than Taco Bell's prices these days."
