"I'm not a fan of their automated drive-thru, please hire an actual person to take my order. I'm unlikely to be back to order from a robot."
"Usually a pretty good go to on the odd night that I can't cook. I ordered online. Went through the drive thru for pick up and was handed a bag and told have a good night. I had to tell the young man that I had a shake on the order. He got that for me and I left. Got home missing the ranch dressing for the chicken tenders that was on the order. The Sourdough Star burgers ordered with extra bacon didn't have extra bacon but instead came minus the onions. The sourdough was over griddled to almost blackened and the patties were very thin and over cooked and dry. Meh. $20 an hour?! I guess they were too busy looking at their phones to get an order right."

"Wow, $10 for breakfast meal and can't even make their own menu items correctly. Grilled cheese breakfast sandwich. Clearly not grilled, cheese still cold and not melted. Like I get it's fast food, but this was just insulting."
