"This quaint hidden gem is one of the better restaurants in the Natomas area. Barbacoa was on point and the homemade tortillas were like a hug from your favorite tia. Make sure you order the consommé- a small size is more than enough for one person. The side of rice and beans were made with love and so much flavor. The sides of salsas, pickled red onion, cilantro, onion and limes/lemons served as a mini salsa bar right at your table. Service was wonderful. We will definitely be back."

"worst service in Sacramento! They take forever to bring your food. All the girls always look in a bad mood, you ask for something and you don't even get a response. The food it is good, not excellent but that's not a reason to make your costumers feel uncomfortable. I will need to find a different place to go buy barbacoa."

"It is very a very old fashioned restaurant. They do not have chips. An order of handmade tortillas comes with 6 tortillas. They are fairly large in size and evenly made. Their flavors including for the fresh water drinks are authentic. Their roasted sheep is delicious including the consumé. Their french fries with the burger is remarkable. Not too greasy either. It is a hidden place. Their door has some steel railing on it so don't be afraid to approach, it's only a display. Their customer service is also friendly. The restroom is for customers only and it is fairly clean."
