"I went there today. The service was horrible. It took 20 minutes to make my iced Matcha drink. Then I seen the girl sprinkle a little matcha in My grande, when there should be 4 scoops of Matcha, it just tasted like milk, something I could have done at home myself. So I asked the girl if she put 4 scoops and she said, “Yes”. I told her it tasted like milk, she replied, “Do u want me to add more?” I said forget it and walked away pissed off. I figured for waiting for 20 minutes that it was going to taste great….☹️ what a waste of money and time. It’s just as bad as the Starbucks in Eastridge Mall."

"The individuals working there aren’t friendly. I order one coffee and it wasn’t made after waiting 10-15 minutes and getting back in the line. Another customer next to me asked about their food order and they were ignored until the second time they asked. The worker responded that they heard them, but didn’t give them an update regarding their order."
"I’d love to give this location a 5 as I had a great barista today; however I bought some marshmallow dream bars and one of them had a huge black hair in it. It was long and all mixed in the dream bar. The most gross thing ever!! I didn’t let my kid finish eating it and made him spit it out and throw the whole thing away."
"The worst customer service ever. Julian didn’t even listen to my order or the way i wanted to pay and didn’t accept his mistake or even bothered to correct it and just laughed it off like its nothing. And the only option i had was accept the wrong order since he wouldnt change it. Prefer not to go there when he is around."
