"In a word: healthy. Everything at this restaurant is homemade and made with the freshest ingredients. They put together different kinds of ingredients to create different salads and sandwiches. I ordered the beets and goat cheese salad with a tasty homemade dressing. It was very flavorful and had crunchy nuts in it. Also, the juices are very different and are made with Agave instead of sugar. I tasted the lemon and turmeric flavored juice and added a small amount of the green juice, which made it taste a little unusual. More tart & herby!"
