"AUGUST 2023. Go to CHANG'S by SAFEWAY. Since the pandemic, there's no dine in at this establishment. FRIED RICE DOESN'T LOOK FRIED. I suspect nary a grain & the NEVER PRESENT peas-y carrots & green onions have seen a heated cooking surface or wok in their entire existence. CREAM CHEESE WONTONS are a FIRM PASS. Chewy & old tasting. BROCCOL BEEF, looks alright. Broccoli broccolis, beef isn't beefy, "gravy" cold & coagulated. The CHAIN RESTAURANT that used to be here will be missed & the pre-pandemic Chang's seems like a fever dream these days. The Chang's down the street is your best bet if you really want Chinese-style cuisine."
"We ordered for the first time tonight and I am so upset that we haven’t ordered from here before. The food is so fresh and flavorful. The shrimps were plump and everything felt so fresh and of high quality. We will definitely be eating here again."
