"Recently decided to head back to the center parkway firewings, much better customer service and the food tasted better. The delta shores firewings location is just ok as far as food quality I consistently get VERY well done wings from them. I’ve also had to show my CA Real ID to pick up my order several times now. I’m confused by that when my phone number and email address are on the receipt, things a typical fraudster wouldn’t know. Gotta be honest I am vexed to be questioned by a high school student on the validity of the transaction I’ve completed with their place of employment. Maybe if it were a 2-300 dollar order ok I get that. But for a 10 piece combo is there really THAT much fraud happening?"
"I’m so disappointed from the food I got from Firewings on delta shores. I door-dashed and my tender sandwich was so nasty. I took a bit of it, and the chicken from the tender was brown, it also tasted bad. The chicken looks like it’s been in the fridge for a while. I will not be ordering from here anymore."

"The most depressing meal I’ve ever had. The workers seemed tired and miserable, every surface looked and felt sticky (?) and our two chicken sandwiches (a Nashville and buffalo) were burnt, dry, and had 0 salt or actually flavoring on it. It was so miserable in there we just ate half the food and got out of there. I can now see what people meant when they said fire wings got really bad since Covid. The whole experience was so depression inducing that I don’t think I can ever go back to a fire wings ever again. Sayonara."
