"i don’t eat a lot of out food but i wanted to try the chicken snack wraps here and when i came to this location they were delicious! tasted almost homemade! i tried it again later on at the elder creek location and was highly disappointed and disgusted. the chicken and ingredients here were SO fresh and they’re generous and everything that’s supposed to be on the wrap was actually there (when i went to the other location they didn’t put shredded cheese or pickles on it). big thanks to the cooks! both experiences i had here i came during a weekday in the afternoon around 3pm so that’s all i can speak for. also, i do want to mention the worker boy who was sweeping the parking lot looked like he was working very hard and thoroughly cleaning! i wish i caught his name. lastly, Aismeen at the window (i hope i got her name right) always delivers great service and never forgets the items in our bag/requested sauces. this is definitely my go to jack in the box so long as i live in the area! good job on the hiring!"

"Ordered a buttery jack with an extra patty. Paid for the extra patty. Didn't get what I ordered. Also the drive through speaker system is utterly horrible. Oh well. Go buy fast food and it's caveat emptor... Buyer beware."

"Went here for dinner last night 08/29 and picked up a few munchies. I did not like that the cashier accepted cash at the window and also fulfilled the food order. You would think they would have enough staff for one cashier and one order packer. I think it's totally gross to touch money and then people's food. I don't care if it comes in a box. Do better!"

"Went here after midnight and the line was pretty long but it was moving pretty fast. I received everything that I ordered but my burger wasn’t hot. The side salad are good too."

"Yearly Winter Review : At 2 minutes 06 seconds Food was prepared and served through the drive thru at 4:32am, Everything Fresh and Hot, great service and taste overall. All napkins and Sauce added with the phase "Would you like any sauce ?" Something other Jack locations and other restaurants are lacking but this one hit the spot and satisfied all marks in my book."
