"Came to pick up the food. Went to restroom it was all messy urine was all over the floor. They have sign indicating that restrooms get clean every 30 mins and it looked like it hadn’t been clean for days. Not sanitary at all."

"This morning, I asked that both my BK crunchwrap and burrito be extra toasted - confirmed with the guy that he understood my instructions. When at the window, the food was delivered surprisingly fast - asked - you sure you extra toasted these? He answered - yes. Well, guess what, it wasn't. Not only that, the BK crunchrap with bacon was COLD at the edges! Be honest, be of good spirit, be accomodating - none of these exist at this Taco Bell. If I was the corporate, I'd be mad that sloppy franchases are ruining the taste of my creations... Shame"
