"I have been bringing my car to Wheel works for over 10 years because I truly enjoyed the customer service that I received. First in Downtown Oakland, then San Leandro, and most recently the San Lorenzo location. Unfortunately during my most recent visit I have now lost faith in the company. I came in for an 11 am appointment for a routine oil change with tire rotation and alignment but after an hour and half wait I was told that the alignment could not be completed because two of my tires had a tread of less than 1/22. It was disheartening to hear because each visit I request an alignment and tire rotation due to purchasing the Wheel Works lifetime warranty. Most importantly to protect the Bridgestone warranty I added in November of 2020 when purchasing 4 new tires.I recently had major service in July of 2023 and was not informed of my tire tread to have them replaced under warranty. I have driven the car less than 3k miles since. The rep showed no care/understanding and did not want to assist. Word of wisdom if you purchase any warranties don't trust that they will attempt to assist even when they are repeatedly informed of the service you require."

"I had the best experience with wheel Works San Lorenzo. They found a rat's nest in my imagine while replacing my alternator. After fixing the alternator there were other unexpected problems due to the nest. Jimmy, Brandon and the whole team made me feel at ease while they worked on my car. The team didn't try to over charge me and went above and beyond to get me back on the road. I am forever grateful to the Wheel Works team. They are efficient and showed a high level of professionalism. I have finally found a place where I can trust my car at. They have a great group of people working at this establishment.
