"Customer service was excellent until the shop started being managed by one owner. Fernanda should come back. I've been a loyal customer for years and it's sad to see the quality of clothing and lack there of Customer Service/Support. I was shorted 3 items in my last order. The emails I received indicated they were shipped and delivered. When I started getting emails to review items that I did not receive, I got a little weary! I then received an email indicating I was given a virtual gift card with no explanation. I emailed over and over and over and no response to any of my emails. After adding up the cost of the missing items, coincidently it was the same cost as the 3 items that didn't get delivered but yet I was emailed to give a review for the missing 3 items. I emailed requesting my credit be posted to my original form of payment and not a gift card! If there was an email explaining something was out of stock or an apology or a simple explanation for the gift card I would've felt a different type of way. 6 messages later no response so I filed a claim with my bank and will be removing myself as a customer once I am credited what I'm owed. I try to support small businesses as much as possible because I used to help run one. But NO small business is too busy to respond to customers. Especially when they are posting on FB and IG on a daily basis. Responding to comments under pictures on their pages! Just makes no sense to lose customers just because! Customers are what keep small businesses running."

"Horrible all around placed an order 5/10/2023 and paid for items and received an e-mail order ready for pick-up, 2 days later received another e-mail stating that 1 item was no longer available?? They stated they would give me store credit, unacceptable. I aske for a refund and was totally ignored for months. Yesterday 07/31/2022 I was send a nasty message via e-mail. This is no way to treat a customer threats are not to be tolerated. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP, better off ordering from Rainbow shop, Shein, Torrid or any other place but here. Total rip-off and their customers mean nothing to them."

"ORDER X 2 FEB AND MARCH I have emailed the company multiple times and have not received a A complete response regarding my STORE credit and why my Order said my complete order was shipped then 2 days later a email regarding a store credit for 3 items no longer in stock but website shows still available ,emails take several days to respond to 3-5 days then my Discount code doesn’t work I tried several times its frustrating and instead of refunding the money as I requested and email was ignored since items were no longer available the store credit is ridiculous and wasn’t given the option of a refund either if you use code you have to pay another shipping fee to spend your money again … very poor customer service and inventory control or updated website of items available. I order march 5th and as of today no resolution and obviously none of the emails and screen shots were actually read completely to respond to why or how to resolve this .VERY FRUSTRATING"

"I came across this boutique on Instagram. Beautiful clothes for plus size women. However, one of the items in my order was out of stock. Rather than offering a refund, the store issued a store credit. I was a bit upset that I would have to pay shipping fees again for a new item since my original order was out of stock, but nevertheless, I placed a second order for another item only for it to be cancelled again for being out of stock. Since I used a “discount code” which was just a credit from my original purchase, I was only refunded shipping fees. I have emailed the company multiple times and have not received a response regarding my credit. Beautiful clothes for affordable prices, but very poor customer service and inventory control."
