"Love the clothes at the Loft in Mission Viejo Mall. Would have given 4 stars except was completely ignored when walking around store. An acknowledgement with the comment "we will help you as soon as someone us free" would be adequate for the moment. Saw a sweater really liked but was not going to wait around."
