"what happen to this place?? i grew up around skyline and we would stop by here to do take out. chicken was ALWAYS good. now, recently the chicken would either be undercook or stale, dry like it was some chicken from last night or something. Eating it gives you that feel like i just ate a spoonful of sand and just swallowed it. you can feel the breading scraping or getting stuck on top of my my jaw and of course the sandy texture down your throat. WHAT happen??? man, its sad. this place need to get regulated with the company standards. proper training and no short cuts. manage, batch of chicken an hour before closing. i KNOW for sure with no doubt you guys keep chicken from night prior to be serve next day. i get it, food waste and it food cost goes up. but that's why you manage it."

"Worker:"Would you like hot sauce or dipping sauces?" Reminds them about hot sauce three times Worker: Proceeds to not put any sauces after them prompting the question and being reminded. Plus there is this elderly gentleman who is rude. Says the wrong order at the window, we give him that amount, then he rings us up for a smaller amount, we ask him what the proper total is and then questions us why we have him too much money with a tone."

"Every time we stop or drive thru we are always missing one or several things it’s already hard to dine out and to always not have what you order it’s unbelievable to get home and go through this it’s not once this particular place always does this. Someone has to do something and check all the orders and not have people come back for their order to be completed. This needs to be addressed."

"Ordered extra crispy family meal and it wasn’t crispy at all instead of extra crispy it was extra mushy nasty and no sauce and this isn’t the first time it has happened I live a few blocks away I hate complaining just get it together"

"I went to KFC a few nights ago and they were really busy so my order took a bit longer than expected.. a few customers had been complaining about wait times and incorrect orders. The gentleman at the register was very professional as far as fixing any issues they were having. He even told me that the wings that were originally prepared for me wasn't in the best condition and offered to fix me a fresh batch. For some people that may be looked at as a bad experience but I was impressed by the way the young man kept his cool and handled everything with a smile and remained professional in an industry where nights like that may have some workers ready to quit.. I wish I had gotten his name so I could mention him in this review because he really stepped up when the store needed him to. This was Saturday night around 7pm if it helps his boss identify him."
