"Ordered online. Had to wait 20 minutes for the ready time. Showed up at the ready time and they made me wait an additional 15 minutes for them to start my sandwich. If I wanted to walk in an order it I would’ve done that. They had me wait at the store even tho it’s take out. Not a good experience. If you’re busy and are relying on them to have it ready on the the ready time I wouldn’t come to this subway."
"20 minute wait before we finally gave up as we watched the employee struggle with the same 2 sandwiches. Monkeys playing with a football get more accomplished in that amount of time."

"Placed an online order (in-store pickup) directly from the website. Stopped by about 15 minutes later (thinking it would be done) and they hadn't even started it yet. Had to wait another 15 minutes after one of the employees claimed he still needed to get the bacon ready. This was on a Saturday afternoon when there was literally only one other customer in the store. I felt that the employees were just messing around today. Not sure if I'll be back."
"Employees are very friendly, when asked for suggestions they engaged politely and offered thought formed responses and not just a robotic response. If they didn't have masks on I could have seen the smiles I heard in their voices. Great job in service, even during a pandemic. The store chain however needs to step up. This area is plagued by homeless people outside which need to be addressed on a higher level. There was a 20 minute wait for service for a 30 minute lunch break, two employees on staff at the most peak time in business. Great planning. The ingredients are fresh enough to eat but pale, literally, to what's offered next door at a super market or an actual fresh supplier. Pictured are the replaced joke of a tomato. Corporate, you need to visit this store during lunch times and work with your employees suggestions to improve their conditions. You might even prevent further property damage(s) caused by employees with their cars..."
