"Update Edit: The level of consistency in getting my order wrong is astonishing...I have received the incorrect order multiple times here. Tonight I ordered 4 Tacos, no lettuce, and added jalapenos, and I got no jalapenos! Is it really that crazy of an order? I paid extra, even... Y'all should seriously consider adding it to your menu, cause it's waaay better than lettuce. But honestly, wth is going on here? If I'm getting my order wrong with this level of consistency, then what are others experiencing? People are usually really nice, but it means nothing when I don't get what I ordered. Does this look toasted? Second time I've gotten it this way from this location. Ridiculous!"
"It's hit or miss with this location and for me what it ultimately comes down to is their french fries. They taste great when they are fresh, but when they are old they taste awful. I would say I get old fries more often than not. The service though is great and the store is kept relatively clean. I know it can be hard keeping fresh fries on hand as someone that has previously worked in fast food. Just want to point out that they make a huge difference in a persons overall experience of a restaurant that offers them."
"Of all the fast food restaurants, this is the only place I go. All I know is their chicken patties were fake the last time I checked. But their snack menu is consistently good. The chicken patty test: take a non breaded chicken patty and let it sit out for an hour, then good. But if it slides around on slime, then oh my."
"I just went for a coffee this last time. There was a group of vagrants doing drugs and sorting their trash on the park benches in the outdoor area. I guess you should visit during the day if you've got kids, because they didn't seem to mind whatever was going on."
"Peer laziness. Whole order was wrong. How do you even make a burger with 2 top buns on 1? And not to mention the breakfast Jack minus the ham. Lmao didn’t know Jack hired special needs. Will be reaching out to corporate as well since this isn’t the first time."
