"I'm furious that I was denied service when I entered with my service dog. The young man at the counter told me that there are no pets allowed. I tried explained to him that this is my service animal, he interrupted me and arrogantly stated that "that's still a pet!" There wasn't a single person there, so I said thank you and left. I will never be back there, and frankly your lucky I don't believe in lawyering up because that would be a class action lawsuit for disability discrimination."

"!WARNING! HAIR IN FOOD. I came here maybe once a month at most, and every time it’s a gamble on how your food is going to turn out. I’ve had the unfortunate experience of finding little black hairs in my food tray. I thought it was a fluke but my most recent visit there was a THICK BLACK CURLY HAIR all up in my burrito. Please just be careful it’s not easy to spot. Never coming here again."

"I know it sounds funny but I came into this restaurant looking for something that was keto friendly so I figured a chile relleno would work.. however when I got it, it was breaded rather than cooked in the egg white batter..traditionally that's the way its done. Was too bread-y for me..so if you didn't know any better you'd probably think this is OK.. the relleno Itself was tasteless.. But I was able to taste was the red sauce that is smothered all over it.. I'm disappointed because I figure with the name like Jilbertos that it would be something authentic but this place is a lot more like a fast food spot. The cashier Also did not even acknowledge I was standing there while she prepared another person's food. A quick I'll be right with you would have sufficed. Atleast they had carrots and salsa that were decent.."
