"Manager gets mad when you make online returns. No other location has ever given me a hard time like she did. I purchase a lot at torrid and I am a customer and only return when sizing is off. Not so friendly manager at this location however sales associates are very welcoming."

"I live in Nashville but I was out of town and did a pick up order. The store was dark not inviting & the accessories they had then beside their cash register no where in site. I like looking at the sunglasses while I was waiting on my order to be brought out they were dusty as they I bet you haven’t been touched since they were hidden. My Nashville store would NEVER lol"

"Torrid is my favorite (and the best I have found) for plus size fashion (size 10-30). The prices can be high at times, however, the quality is great (and there are always clearance options as well as promotions throughout the year). I really appreciate the variety of options, too - from professional and formal pieces to swim to lingerie to punk to Halloween costumes and everything in between - Torrid has it all! 90% of my wardrobe is from Torrid and I often get compliments on my fun and unique outfits. As a plus size woman, it is challenging to find OPTIONS and this can be very frustrating and disheartening. Torrid has never let me down. The sales staff are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I will continue to support Torrid as this store and it’s clothing has helped me to embrace being a fabulous woman at any size.
