"Staff was very rude. When I asked for a fitting room, the sales girl didn’t even acknowledge me (no smile, no response back) and just walked over to open a fitting room door for me. The cashier was the same. No smile. No “did you find everything okay.” Absolutely nothing. Very bad customer experience."

"Visited this store for the first time this past weekend, and I have to say I am very disappointed. To start, my daughter and I were not greeted when we walked in, even though there were several employees standing around just chatting about their plans for the night. At no point did anybody ask us if we needed any help looking for anything, and we had to search for an employee to get us a fitting room. Seems like a lot of work for us considering the store was not that busy. If we have to do everything ourselves, might as well shop online. This store manager should really get it together and put these employees to work. Giving 2 stars because the store was well stocked and had the sizes we needed."

"This store is full of so many cute outfits. They have clothes for every body type with different color options. The store is always well stocked. Kaitlyn is very helpful and she's always very friendly. I love going there as they update their inventory on a regular basis. Why did it take them this long to have a store with everything you need? The quality is outstanding. My attires are over the top. I love this store!"

"A sales staff left the security tag thing on one of my purchases. I had to drive back there to get it off. The girl at the cashier didn’t even greet or say hi and foremost no apology on that. It was the same girl checked out on my stuff before. While I was leaving the store, the staffs were laughing, I am like no wonder no one shops here. Completely ruined my experience on the brand and everything. Too many better options out there to shop anyways. Bye, aerie"
