But, the last two times I called about used, they conveniently “don’t have my size used” but will sell me a new for $200?? Then I ask, can you order one? More run around answers. Sorry you lost my business for life! I now go to Universal tire in Berkeley. They are honest and consistently HAVE used in stock for $65 installed with tax. Your greed and dishonesty has lost a loyal customer. Too bad."

"These guys are great. First time I came, they did a quick diagnostic on a tire that I ultimatley replaced elsewhere since it was under warranty but I really appreciated their service. So when I had a flat in a different car I returned and they patched it up quickly and I was back on the road in no time."

"I changed one of my tires and I thought it was a good service. Then we needed to change the 4 tires of our second car and I suggested this place. We payed almost 1k for the new tires. After doubting a bit because of the price the guys got upset because we were in doubt. We decided to do the job there, but then our low tire pressure warning is still on. We came back, the guy gave a really really bad service in a very rude way and he told us it was our fault because we took the car to the dealer…. The car was taken before he changed the tires. Tires are fine, prices are good, but honestly, the people that work there are rude and don’t solve after coming problems related to the services given for customers. Low pressure tire warning is still on…."
