"This is the best family-run bakery! I look forward to visiting every week to talk story and get a matcha latte and delicious chocolate walnut cookies and other baked goods. Their prices are affordable, their staff are friendly and remember SO many names of their customers, and their food and coffee and delicious. It’s also a large open space so it’s a great place to sit with a book or do some work and never feels cramped or crowded. Please consider supporting this local family business - they are an Oakland gem."
"The best. A chill, down to earth neighborhood coffee shop with great baked goods and super friendly staff. Seems to be a good spot to work too, though there aren’t a ton of outlets. I haven’t eaten lunch here, but people seem to like their sandwiches - good sounding vegetarian options as well."
